das sagenforum hat schon eine nette sammlung von deutschsprachigen kinderlieder und reime ... jetzt fehlen nur noch ein paar englische ... drum mach ich mal den ersten schritt ...

bla bla black sheep
have you any woll?
yes sir, yes sir
three bags full
one for the master
one for the dame
and one for the little boy
who lives down the lane

Hallo Mina,

ich finde es wirklich toll, was Du in Irland alles sammelst und dokumentierst!

Super! :smiley_da

tja auf dieses liebe kompliment muss ich gleich noch eins zum besten geben

hikory dikory dock
the mouse ran up the clock
the clock strike one
and down he come
hikory dikory dock

hikory dikory dock
the mouse ran up the clock
the clock strike two
and down he flew
hikory dikory dock

... zu jeder stunde gibts so einen netten reim ... doch leider hab ich mir nur die zwei gemerkt ... :nixweiss:

drum mach ich mal den ersten schritt ...
und ich den/die nächsten:

Two old tortoises
going for a walk.
"Good morning" said one,
"Shall we have a little talk?"
"Yes" said the other,
"I do enjoy a chat".
So they walked along together
with a natter, natter, nat!

Als walking tortoises werden die Fäuste verwendet.

Two little dickie birds,
sitting on a wall.
One named Peter,
the other one Paul.
Fly away Peter,
fly away Paul!
Come back Peter,
come back Paul!

Die Hände (Peter/Paul) liegen auf den Knien (wall), usw. . . .

Rain, rain, go away,
come again another day!
Little Johnny wants to play.

Und noch einer aus meinem Fundus:
I like coffee, I like tea,
I like boys and the boys like me....

jack and jill
went up the hill
to fetch a pile of water
jack fell down
and broke his crown
and jill came tumbling after

hikory dikory dock
the mouse ran up the clock
the clock strike one
and down he come
hikory dikory dock

hikory dikory dock
the mouse ran up the clock
the clock strike two
and down he flew

Baru weiß:

hikory dikory dock
the mouse ran up the clock,
the clock struck two,
the mouse said "boo!"
hikory dikory dock

hikory dikory dock
the mouse ran up the clock,
the clock struck three,
the mouse said "wee!"
hikory dikory dock

hikory dikory dock
the mouse ran up the clock,
the clock struck four,
the mouse said "no more!"

Anything else?
Here:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 -
once I caught a fish alive;
6, 7, 8, 9, 10 -
then I let it go again.
Why did you let it go?
Because it bit my finger so.
Which finger did it bite?
This little finger on the right.

Clap your hands,
twist them around,
touch the sky,
touch the ground!

Clap your hands,
stamp your feet,
nod your head,
go to sleep!

Und weil der guten Dinge 3 sind:

An elephant goes like this and that,
he's terribly big
and terribly fat.
And he has no toes,
but goodness me, what a nose!

baru ... du bist einfach der beste!

ringa ringa roses
a pocket full of posies
hatisoo hatisoo
we all fall down

sing a song of sixpence, a pocket full of rice
four and twenty blackbirds are baked in a pie
when the pie was open all began to sing
was not a dainty dish to set befor the king?

the king was in his countinghouse, counting out his money
the queen was in the parlor eating bread and honey
the maid was in the garden, hanging out the clothes
when along came a blackbird and snipped off her nose!

three blind mice, three blind mice
see how they run, see how they run
they all ran after the farmer's wife
who cut off their tails with a carving knife
did you ever see such a sight in your life
as three blind mice?
